Great software and great support

We've used Tradebox for years for Amazon UK and WooCommerce orders and recently added Amazon.DE. Software works really well with Sage 50 integration and the support is excellent, quick response times and good explanation of any actions required. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great Software

Great Software, saves a huge amount of time, incredibly helpful staff. For my small business it is pricey and a significant chunk. But, compared to the time it saves it is still worth it.

Had many dealings with tradebox and…

Had many dealings with tradebox and been a client for 8 years. Steph and Stephen and the team have been nothing short of brilliant. Over the years i have had many issues mostly non tradebox related. Always resolved promptly. They have addressed problems for me that they needn't fix or advise. So go ahead and use them.

Cant believe these muppets @ Tradebox

Cant believe these muppets, we left a poor review due to poor service and the owner tried to remove the reviews on TRUSTPILOT stating it was a false review. now they are fully verified reviews.
Yes 3 of our staff or directors have left them reviews based on their experiences they have had with TB.
Lets hope this is the last time i have to post on any site about this company. But they are still talked about at Networking groups. So please be careful signing up to use them.

Expect more on other sites if you wish to carry this on Mr TradeBox. More people know about you the better and to trial ADEPT if using Sage as so easy once setup. I have others also.
Shame you don't have a phone line to communicate or reply to emails.

Customer Support

Due to a minor dispute we had our contract terminated.
We were not happy with the new format regarding customer support, which resulted in us leaving negative feedback. After some time we contacted them and they replied stating if we remove the negative feedback they may look at renewing our contract. After agreeing this would be the way forward they then revoked their offer.

Dont leave Neg feed back they dont like it

Tried to pay for a new licence. Which we have had running for the last 14 plus years on auto renewal.
But as the owner of our company left Tradebox poor feedback due to the lack of support now offered and no way of contacting them on the phone or email anymore which changed last year.
The owner of Tradebox don't want to do business anymore.
Nevermind will let people know of the other solutions very soon.
Which is in the process trials currently and & £250.00 Setup and £50.00 annual renewal is far cheaper than the TB One that works most of time but like everything has issues from time to time.

one of Tradebox directors please change review and we will look at it. That's what this is about
How can you abuse him if uncontactable. by PHONE or Email??

Good software but do not liker the price increase

Good software that does the job. Had a few bugs here and there and at times a little hard to understand all the options. Sadly due to price increase unlikely to re-subscribe next time unless things change to have more features. Saying this, if you can afford the higher price and do not use other multi channel software already then it might be for you.

Essential for processing large amounts of sales

Having used Tradebox for anumber of years we have found this program to be invaluable for processing day to day online sales. Without it we would need to employ a full time accounts data inputters and obviously this runs the risk of human error. The process is straight forward and software reliable and does everything that is required. My only critiscism is that every year the price keeps rising and not by a small amount. Inflation by my reckoning is currently at less than 0.5% and the increases this year amounted to a whapping 20%. Just beware that once you sign up they have got you by the b****s and large yearly price increases are the downside associated with having this software. Altogether still a lot cheaper and a lot less hassle than employing staff and good value for money.

In terms of the price rise increase, to be fair, it is the only increase we have ever implemented in the 7 years the product has been in the market and was a required move rather than desired. To try and soften the impact of the price restructure we gave every existing customer a minimum of 12 months notice.

The price restructure was an essetial move and has allowed us to continue developing and improving the software and support. I can promise you we won't be implementing large yearly price increases.

Excellent software, great people. Highly recommended.

We purchased Tradebox recently. With quick and easy installation and excellent support, this software has saved us so much time and money within a couple of weeks.

All of our invoicing now takes a matter of minutes a day, and there is no room for manual errors.

Made our company life so much easier

Made our company life so much easier. I can't imagine going back to old ways before we had Tradebox. There are a few very minor flaws but not even worth mentioning as it gets better with every update. Highly recommended for every busy company or an individual who value their time. Customer service is excellent, always resolve every issue with a speed of light. Keep up the good work Tradebox Team!

Brilliant!

This app has honestly helped our business in so many ways!
We have many inventory issues due to having BOM based stock, so we have tried various systems including unleashed (don't bother!) and finally this year we made the move over to sage which wouldn't have been possible without tradebox.
Tradebox's integration with amazon and shopify have made it possible to manage and import orders and invoices as well as uploading stock INCLUDING those made up of BOMS and component parts! This has completely changed the way we work and has streamlined our business no end!
I cannot thank Tradebox enough!
Not to mention the support you receive like no other I've ever experienced, we receive almost instant replies and they do not rest until the issue is resolved.

Had a problem with Sage v28.1 not…

Had a problem with Sage v28.1 not talking at any speed to Tradebox (or vice versa) Sage were little to no help at all, Tradebox (Steve) simply amazing, he removed Tradebox and reinstalled, he took a dummy copy and put it on another computer (local to them), changed quite a few things and after a few hours came back with a working solution. i cannot speak highly enough about the team at Tradebox, all working well now - if you are looking for invoice link software for eBay to sage, look no further than Tradebox.

A very useful tool, but over priced

A very useful powerful tool, although over-complicated and prone to needing technical help which they do provide. We used successfully for 8 years but the company has hiked the annual subscription with no benefits / incentives offered for loyal long term customers, therefore, we have moved to a better value, easier to use platform providing the same service for a fraction of the cost. £720 (Inc VAT) per year is simply over-priced for what this offers.

Hi Kerrie, thanks for the feedback. Looking at our pricing it has only changed once in the 8 years you used the software. Your initial single channel licence in March 2009 cost £425 + VAT per annum. This increased to £480 + VAT per annum in April 2012. The pricing hasn't changed since then? You did upgrade to a 5 channel licence in October 2012 and this did increase the licence cost but that was because you were moving up the feature range. I do appreciate that the accounts integration side can sometimes be a little daunting and some users do sometimes need a little extra help which is why we offer free unlimited support to our customers from experienced UK based experts. Fantastic Support Team

Sometimes you do get hiccups with the programme, but I would like to say that on the last occasion this happened, the Support Team have been exceptional. I cannot rate Steph highly enough for the support she recently gave me with Graham helping too when she was on another call. She is fantastic at her job, extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the system and goes that extra mile to help. Thanks again Steph.

This is my second review of Tradebox

This is my second review of Tradebox.

I've used them now for over 5 years and if there is one thing that sums them up it's "support". Hands down one of the best companies I've used.

We have had some critical issues arise (no fault of TB) and they have always been on hand to fix the issue.

If you're considering them then I highly recommend them if technical support and a solid platform is important to you.
