Delivery

All Tradebox solutions are delivered electronically by download. Product Keys to activate the Tradebox programme are issued upon receipt and clearance of payment. All Tradebox solutions can be delivered in a hard copy format upon request. Delivery will take no longer than 5 working days. All third party software purchased through Tradebox will be delivered in a hard copy format within 5 working days of purchase.

Refund/Returns/Cancellation Policy

Tradebox offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all Tradebox software purchases. Credits will be raised within 30 days of the cancellation and refunded via the original payment method. Tradebox also offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all third party software purchased via Tradebox. Refunds on third party software will only be issued upon return of the software (at the purchaser’s own expense) in its original state and packaging.
