Customer Manager is a dedicated CRM solution for online sellers wishing to maintain comprehensive records of their buyers’ details and purchasing activity. Importing buyer details from eBay, Amazon, Play.com and ecommerce websites, Customer Manager creates an up-to-date contact record for each buyer, including a history of orders, purchases, dispatches and contact.
