Special offer for Tradebox customers
As a special offer to existing Tradebox clients PlayTrade have agreed to waive the ProTrader fee for the first three months of trading for new accounts opened in October.
PlayTrade offers the opportunity to third party companies to sell their products directly to Play.com's 10 million registered shoppers.
PlayTrade handles the retail advertising and merchandising, credit card processing and customer care. All merchants need to do is decide on a selling price and fulfill orders promptly. Sellers can list an unlimited number of products for a monthly subscription fee of just £17.38. Commission is only paid on actual sales, just 13.9% on media products e.g. books, DVD, CD and Video Games. All products sold in the Computing and Electronics categories have transaction fees of just 6.9%.
