Sage 50 Mobile
Sage’s new mobile app, available on both BlackBerry and iPhone.
The Sage 50 Mobile App allows remote access to your in-house Sage 50 Accounts software giving you the opportunity to access critical information on the go. This allows Sage 50 mobile app users to see new orders placed, what’s been dispatched, quantity of products in stock, products on order, money in bank etc. It also allows users to actively interact remotely so you could place orders for new stock with your suppliers via your mobile. Quick Search
Conduct a quick search on any term within any section.
All the main ledgers now have a quick search box. Simply type in a word that you want to search for and click the Quick Search button to get a list of matches from all sections (suppliers, customers, products etc). A Clear button allows you to quickly return to the full list. See the video.
Quick Print
Print your documents with a single click.
You can now define the default layout to be used with Invoices, Sales Orders, Quotations and Purchase Orders. A new Quick Print button on the tool bar will then allow you to print a document using the default layout with a single click. See the video.
Lock Date
Prevent postings being made before a given date.
Being able to prevent postings being made before a given date will reduce the number of errors made when posting transactions, particular following a month end or year end. This will ensure accurate results are provided. See the video.

All the information that was previously available from the Help About menu option has been consolidated on to one easy to use screen.
