Sage 50 v2012 - compatibility Issue
Tradebox have discovered a small bug in the Sage developer software that allows 3rd
party applications to pass data into Sage.
If you are currently using Tradebox please DO NOT upgrade to Sage 50 2012
for the time being.
The bug is a result in a change in the Sage developer toolkit which rounds sales
up, in certain circumstances. For example Tradebox downloaded a sale for
£159.99 and the Sage toolkit rounded this up to £160.00. Until this bug is
fixed by Sage we cannot guarantee that the sales downloaded by Tradebox will be
reflected accurately in Sage 50 2012.
This issue only affects Sage 50 2012.
We have raised the issue with Sage and have been assured that the bug should be
fixed as a priority. We anticipate that this should be resolved in the very near future.
