New Tradebox Support Portal
We’ve created a new support portal to provide assistance both during and outside of our helpdesk hours (9am to 3pm on all working days).
The new support portal allows Tradebox users and prospects to:
- Raise support tickets
- Ask ‘live’ questions
- View latest Tradebox news and learn about latest releases
- Access articles of common issues
- Access videos and guides
- Leave feature requests for the software
- Engage with other users through the community help forum
