Changes to ChannelAdvisor Integration

We have made aware that changes have been made by ChannelAdvisor to their API that present cancelled orders as complete, resulting in cancelled orders being downloaded by Tradebox and created as invoices in Sage.  This is a recent change so hopefully will not have affected too many orders
