Tradebox will be operating as normal on all working days over the festive break with the exception of Thursday 22nd December when we will be closing at 12pm for our Christmas party. Tradebox – The Next Generation (Beta Program)

For some time now Tradebox have been working on the next generation of our desktop software, building on the lessons of the last 10 years. The next generation of this software isn't an upgrade to the existing Finance Manager program; it is a brand new program entirely, which we have simply called Tradebox v1. Our focus has been to change the architecture of the program to allow us to provide integration with other accountancy programs, for customers who wish to use alternative software to Sage 50 Accounts. Tradebox Helpdesk Hours – Christmas & New Year 2015

The Tradebox helpdesk is available on all working days between 09:00 and 12:00 and again between 13:00 and 17:00. However, over the Christmas and New Year period this year the Tradebox helpdesk will be operating reduced  hours on the following working days:   Thursday 24th December 2015 - 09:00 - 12:00 Thursday 31st December 2015 - 0900 - 12:00   The Tradebox helpdesk will be closed on all non working days, including bank holidays, and will resume normal service on Monday 4th January 2016.   Outside of these hours please go to the Tradebox support portal, The majority of  support calls relate to common issues that can be resolved very quickly. eBay Authorisation token is hard expired

We have received quite a number of calls today from customers reporting the following error when trying to download from eBay; "Authorisation token is hard expired".   This is not an uncommon issue as each user's eBay Authorisation Token routinely expires every 18 months. However, it appears that 'something'may have happened at eBay to make this happen to many accounts.   The resolution is pretty simple: In Tradebox go to the Sales Channel List Select your eBay account by clicking on it once At the bottom of the screen select the "Renew Authorisation" button. This will open your browser on eBay. Log in and "Agree" to authorising a new token Go back to Tradebox and click on OK in the dialogue box Repeat for all eBay connections in the software.   An article explaining this process in greater detail can be found...
